Cuff weights around 14oz close to a pound, a bit heavy but not as heavy as if it were all metal spikes
ONE SIZE can fit any size and you can change ribbons color later if you want comes with green ribbon to tie down I like to wear with the ribbon tucked inside the cuff or you can make a cute bow to tie it
If your allergic to the screws or want more comfort you can add skin tape behind them to help 😉
