 Beware shipping can be costly I've shipped to Australia , Canada and other places and sometimes it cost in between $30-$80+  Plus custom fees depending where you live.

 

 Also let me know which option shipping from below you would want.  I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES THERE FOR I GIVE THESE 2 OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL. It is your choice and up to you which one you want to do.

• Option 1 I can mail out and put a different/lower price on the item if you want to avoid the fees but it will not be covered or have insurance. There for I am not responsible once it's shipped or if it gets lost on the way since I have no control over it whether it has insurance or not.

• Option 2 I can mail out normal and write down the full price for your merchandise item as well as with partial or full insurance on it this way if something happens to the package is has coverage, except you might have to pay for a lot  more custom fees from your country depending on your order.

Due to covid shipping can take a lot longer, or be delayed as well as not being able to ship to certain countries due to this.

 

Shipping Chokers

Some medium to big Chokers are mailed priority mail 2-5 Business days 8-10 days max but normally shipping is quick but be aware due to covid it varies. Most Chokers come with $50 insurance on package message me if you want to pay the difference and do full coverage on your order its normally $2-8+ more depending on the full total of your order i definitely recommend this for all orders most people don't want it. However I am not responsible and if an order gets lost having full coverage is the way you can get your money back and main solution incase a package gets lost.

 

Shipping Mask

Mask are mailed 1st class & ground(2-8DAYS+) they are not insured. I do provide tracking for these orders please message me if you want to pay the difference and insure your package.

I am not responsible after shipping if a package gets lost its both of our lost I don't have a 2nd to just mail out. This is why i recommend packages to be fully covered with insurance if you'd like to fully cover a package please message me before I mail your order, be aware a lot of times I tend to do next day shipping.

 

Due to covid I ship between Monday- Thursday 2 times a week or next day shipping sometimes. However when covid cases start to rise i try to minimize to shipping once a week. If you make an order Thursday night- Sunday IT'LL PROBABLY BE SHIPPED FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you ever received something damaged please send me a picture right away after opening it this is a very rare thing but if you see the box or the way it was shipped if possible send pics of it before being opened as well as outside of package and how its damaged it's very rare when USPS damages my items but it may happen they don't always handle things correctly or when items go through customs also this is why getting full coverage insurance is important only partial covered items can get a $50 refund from usps not me but through them and their insurance on the package. Keep all packaging if item arrives damage then send pics and a message right when you get your package.

Lost item?

I am not responsible,  once the item is dropped out at the post office I have absolutely no control over the situation.

Most Medium to Big Chokers are mailed out with $50 insurance in the USA/Priority Shipping.

Most Chokers / Mask  and other items will be shipped out First Class or ground Shipping these items are not insured therefor if it gets lost its a loss for both of us as all items are one ofs I don't have extra and I'm not responsible for the item once it ships. 

Please leave a note at checkout if you would like insurance or full coverage on your package then i can send you an invoice for the extra amount payed for shipping it mostly ranges from $2-5+

Adding full insurance to your package helps you get partial money back from USPS if items lost and not delivered depending on the cost of item
