I aspire for perfection , but since all items are handmade please allow for slight imperfections and maybe a few cm difference.

 

Chokers are meant for fashion wear ONLY. Chokers are not made for "PLAY" Please do not drop or hit any items with spikes on them they were not build for that. Pre colored/clear spikes will keep color but get scratched depending on the drop except spikes colored with an over coat, if super hard fall or hit it might take the color off with a big hit causing a scratch there for they're for fashionwear only.

 

Some Chokers and items were made before/older designs so it might be a bit different than my newer items that are reinforcement or have a thicker material.  I am always learning and adding new skills I learn to items I make, each item is unique and one of a kind all hand made

Lost item?

I am not responsible,  once the item is dropped out at the post office I have absolutely no control over the situation.

Most Medium to Big Chokers are mailed out with $50 insurance in the USA/Priority Shipping. 

Most Chokers / Mask  and other items will be shipped out First Class or ground Shipping these items are not insured therefor if it gets lost its a loss for both of us as all items are one ofs I don't have extra and I'm not responsible for the item once it ships. 

Please leave a note at checkout if you would like insurance or full coverage on your package then i can send you an invoice for the extra amount payed for shipping it mostly ranges from $2-5+

Adding full insurance to your package helps you get partial money back from USPS if items lost and not delivered depending on the cost of item

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, No everything in my shop is final sale there are no return or exchanges I am a one person running it all by myself. Each item takes me hours and days to  make but if you have a question about something in particular please message me first before purchase. If you resell something from my shop you can tag me on Instagram and I'll help re share in my stories. Message me if you have a question about an item prior to purchase please. ^_^

What're the types of mask & Styles?

SM = Small - Medium

ML= Medium = Large

Only newer mask in my shop will be labeled this way please refer to actual sizing for each one most of the listings Not labeled might be SM besides a few mask from now on all will have a general size and be labeled like the ones above for future/new listings

2 LAYER MASK Most are cotton, I recommend these thinner ones for the gym or similar activities I personally do not like wearing these with my glasses they fog up a lot more

 

3 LAYERS LIGHTER/THIINNER MASK I love this style mask it's lighter and less thick than the mask with bigger spikes due to that this type of mask can only have small things on it or it wont hold up the weight of spikes I recommend these for a full day wear

 

3 LAYER THICK/ THICKER MASK I love these mask and these are great for those who wear glasses mine barely fog up at all. These mask are a bit thicker and I recommend this for less active activities best for going out and to be worn4-6+ hrs 

 

PVC/ VINYL MASK These might be a bit harder to breathe in if worn for many hours due to it being a plastic type of fabric please be aware of this when purchasing even tho the wet fabric look is great keep this in mind depending on the mask you get most of the mask in this fabric will be glued down the front center to help it stay together so do not turn inside out when hand washing help it keep it shape some 3thick layer fabric might also be glued down the center

 

BLACK LISTED

If a payment falls through or person doesn't come through after agreeing on an item even If we don't hold items or if there's payment issues if I was to take a custom order person will be BLACK LISTED NOT BEING ALLOWED TO PURCHASE FROM MY SHOP as well as any racist or entitled rude customers or if agreed to purchase item within a time frame and not purchased. However if your rude or racist to me you will be banned from my shop.

 

Commissions

• "Hi I really loved an item but it sold can you remake it?"

Unfortunately I am not a fan of remaking items I love that each one is unique and it's own. If i remade the same items I might get super bored of it and have no inspiration to work on my shop. The fact i make just one of, for almost all my items is what inspires me to keep my shop open plus makes them more unique.

• Do you do commissions?

​

No but you can email me I won't normally respond to commissions but I will save them in a separate folder incase I ever take them ill look through them and choose the ones I am willing  to take. Which would involve me having full creativity for them so just tell me the things you definitely do not want since i sometimes add a thing or two extra to them. Example of items you do like from my shop or insta and the colors you want. I do NOT take commission for small items since making a single commission can take me days and about up to a full weeks worth to make i have a turn around of 2-8 weeks if i do decide to take one. If you email me please title the email "COMISSIONS/W YOUR NAME".

****Provide a photo grid/mood board of colors and things for inspo for your dream choker

****do not send pictures of chokers from other shops

****please tell me the budget you have for the item 

****I do not take commission for small items as I prefer to make big items priced from $600-$950++

****Do not send a full picture of drawing of exactly how you want the item that's not gonna allow me to have any creative control over it since it'd be me making a design exactly of what you want I prefer to ONLY take commission of things I can have all my creative input on :)

If you like my shop so much why don't you support it? And support  a small business that's what people who do love my things do they buy things and help support my small business. I don't do sponsorships and I don't give out free items. It's rude to ask that from a small business I am not a giant corporation I am NOT target or Walmart. The amount of time I have spend on this and making my items loosing countless amount of sleep and money is a lot and exposure is unfortunately NOT gonna pay my bills.

 

However if I ever do choose to give something to someone it would be a person who is a big supporter to my shop or someone I follow and want to give an item to or a major discount to it just varies if i have the time and energy.

 

 It takes me so long to make each item for people to want everything handed to them for free it's not only rude it's DISRESPECTFUL please do not come to my shop with your privilege's and thank you. <3

There's no excuses for racism in my shop it will not be tolerated in my shop if your rude I do not owe you anything I strive for my best and try to be helpful at my best possible knowledge but if you're rude  or disrespectful you will most likely be ignored. <3 It is my shop , my small business ran by 1 person and in this case "the client ALWAYS being right" doesn't exist here .
